Brian has been building and fabricating for as long as he can remember, with his focus more often than not being on automotive pursuits including radical customization. In 2018, Brian’s step-dad got him a smoker for Christmas. Smoking meats instantly became an obsession for him, and he has had smoke rolling at least once a week, often multiple times a week ever since. Brian and his wife moved to Texas after visiting for a friend’s wedding and realizing how much they missed the food, the weather, and the people after leaving. After the move to Texas, Brian decided he needed to put his welding and fabrication skills to work and build himself a traditional heavy duty offset smoker. It was the perfect blend of 2 obsessions – welding/fabricating and smoking meats, so he decided to start building pits for others with the same meat smoking obsession and a sharp eye for detail. Brian brings a quality over quantity mindset to building pits, and builds every pit with the same pride in craftsmanship in Temple, TX.
